Our premises enables people an opportunity to live independently with the assistance they need 24/7. We have staff on hand for any help that is required. It is mid-terraced property on the outskirts of the main town, with a shared garden for residents. It has all the facilities needed to make it a pleasant location for supported living in Birmingham. While a Diploma in Health and Social Care at level 2 or 3 would be a positive for anyone applying to work at KAK Healthcare Service as a support worker, it’s not essential – the right attitude and a willingness to work towards one is definitely welcome.

Personal care means supporting someone with physical needs to perform tasks such as washing, toileting, cooking and feeding. Not all of our jobs include all of these tasks and where this is a requirement of the role, training will be provided to ensure you have the skills needed to perform this element of your role effectively.
